 BURNOUT ANYONE?

We all get tired of the same routine everyday. Some of us get burnt right away and others it can take years. For most of us though, we don't even realize that we are feeling job burnout.

What is burnout?

Burnout is a Physical, Mental and Emotional response to constantly high levels of stress or long term involvement in situations that are emotionally demanding. Burnout can cause an impairment of motivation to work.

Causes of Burnout?

Being Overworked, Feeling Under Appreciated, Loss of Job Security, Having Inadequate Supports, Unrealistic Demands, and Planning/Time Management Issues can all lead to burnout.

FACTOID

The average person has 10,000 taste buds, which are onion-shaped structures. People regenerate new taste buds every three to ten days, but these regenerate as people get older. Elderly people may only have 5,000 taste buds.

While the majority of taste buds are located on your tongue, you also have taste buds on the roof of your mouth.
